Art In/Art Out: ComputerAided Graphics was a “group show examining recent computer graphics as art, a recent area of serious artistic inquiry,” according to a Museum retrospective. According to a 1980 edition of Creative Computing Magazine: “The exhibition has been coordinated and organized by William J. Kolomyjec, computer artist, Lansing, Michigan.” The state of the art of the medium of computer graphics will be illustrated and the works of seventeen established computer graphic artists of national and international origin will be on display.” The show featured the work of Colette Bangert among those “seventeen established computer graphic artists.”
