At the end of April, during the opening of the Venice Biennale, Bright Moments concluded its three-year global journey. To mark the occasion, it organized and released the Finale Collection, a unique generative art project uniting over sixty artists on a single contract.

This final act celebrates community, transformation, and reflection, encapsulating the project’s evolution across nine cities. The collection, minted on a single contract, mirrors Bright Moments’ ethos—blending digital and physical, randomness and curation—as it brings together pioneering artists and collectors one last time.

Beyond the collection was the actual event, Bright Moments Venice itself. Taking place in a 14th-century scuola architectural complex over three days, the event brought out mixed emotions as it was simultaneously a celebration and a farewell as the organization reached its final destination with an unclear future. Befitting the local, the event included a Bright Moments documentary as well.

Beyond the Biennale and Bright Moments, there were several other relevant exhibitions at the same time, including Christoph Büchel’s Monte di Pietà, Memo Akten’s Boundaries, Huemin and Ganbrood’s The Dream Cathedral and Sam Spratt’s The Monument Game.
