While its beta debut was in late October 2021, April 2022 saw fxhash officially launch with version 1.0. The latest version greatly improved the user experience, including on a security level, overall platform upgrades and the ability to collaborate on a single contract. The upgrade was successful at eliminating many of the bugs of the beta version of fxhash, which included issues with unverified scam artist mints. The release brought fxhash out of its most feral, Wild West beginnings. Also critical to the early success of fxhash was the curatorial platform Tender, which cultivated early community voices such as Trinity and Will from podcast Waiting To Be Signed. Their careful effort cultivating serious discussion around work was an under-appreciated factor in the success of the early fxhash community.
