Takawo Founds Japan Generative Art Foundation (JGAF)

Shunsuke Takawo founded the Japan Generative Art Foundation (JGAF) to advance the understanding and appreciation of generative art in his home country. The foundation’s mission is to introduce and cultivate this computational art form through exhibitions and educational programs, fostering a broader engagement with contemporary digital creativity.
JGAF also aims to create opportunities for artists and build an international network dedicated to generative art, positioning itself as a pivotal force in promoting generativity globally. The project was funded by sales from Takawo’s Generativemasks.
