The Isms of Art by Hans Arp and El Lissitzky

A critical publication by the leaders of the Dadaist and Constructivist movements documenting the turbulent developemtns of the art world in the first quarter of the twentieth century. The book opens with definitions of each movement by leading artists, followed by photographic plates surveying the isms of 1914 to 1924, among them Dadaism, Constructivism and Futurism. It serves as a visual exploration and representation of the diverse artistic movements of the early 20th century, showcasing their different ideologies and aesthetics.
