V-yramid by Nam June Paik

Consisting of forty televisions, V-yramid was one of Paik’s largest video installations. It was made on behalf of the artist’s retrospective at the Whitney. Like much of Paik’s work, the piece focuses on duality: contemporary vs. traditional, technology vs. handcraft, high vs. low culture.
