Mohr produced this series of computer-generated drawings from 1977, within the Cubic Limit II phase. The series consisted of images of deconstructed single cubes. Dissected, the cubes were not symmetrical. This concept of broken symmetry has roots in the work of Renaissance artist, Leonardo da Vinci, who was hugely influential in this decade as the embodiment of the artist-scientist. Lillian Schwartz a decade later would explore this topic more explicity in her Mona/Leo, which bisects the face of the Mona Lisa and combines it with the visage of da Vinci.
