Maughan S. Mason’s Traveling Show of Analog Computer Generated Works

Arranged by the Western Association of Art Museums, the show featured Mason’s analog computer work, much of it would later be included in Cybernetic Serendipity.
The American Mason had a background in the military as well as computer science, working at IBM in Silicon Valley for decades.
His contributions to computer art are less often noted today but a deeper dive into the mercurial artist’s work remains rewarding.
